Officers of the Yaiza Local Police, together with the Civil Guard in this municipality and the Immigration Unit of the National Police Force carried out on the afternoon of Tuesday, February 27, a special operation where about fifty people were identified.
As a result of the operation, ten foreign citizens have been identified and subsequently arrested for illegal stay in Spain and violation of the Immigration Law.
This police operation in the town of Playa Blanca has counted with the participation of 14 police officers, and has resulted in the processing of ten expulsion files for these ten citizens from Nicaragua, Colombia, Brazil, Morocco and the Sahara.
