Naviera Armas will connect Lanzarote and Fuerteventura with the Peninsula from October

Naviera Armas will connect the islands of Lanzarote and Fuerteventura with the Peninsula every week starting next October, according to the new schedule already planned by the shipping company.

Volcán del Teide (or its twin, Volcán de Tinamar, the most modern ferries in the fleet) will start the route to Huelva in the port of S/C de Tenerife every Thursday at 06:00 hours. The ship will arrive at 08:30 hours in Las Palmas de Palmas de Gran Canaria, to depart at 10:00 hours to the port of Arrecife de Lanzarote. It will arrive at the conejero port at 15:00 hours and depart at 16:00 hours to the port of Huelva. The journey is only one night, so the ship will arrive at 17:00 hours on Fridays.

The return to the Canary Islands will be on Saturdays at 13:00 hours. The ferry will arrive on Sunday at 12:00 hours in Arrecife de Lanzarote, at 19:00 hours in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and at 21:00 hours it will depart to S/C de Tenerife.

With this new schedule, in addition to providing connectivity to Lanzarote and Fuerteventura with the Peninsula, a saving of two hours of navigation is achieved, since the distance making this route is 30 miles less in distance compared to the journey that has been made so far.

For passengers it also means a greater incentive because they arrive in Huelva at a much more convenient time to connect with other means of transport, such as trains or buses, that bring them closer to their final destination in the Peninsula.

On the other hand, passengers who go to Lanzarote during the weekend will be able to enjoy it completely, since they will have a ship that will connect Lanzarote with Gran Canaria and Tenerife on Sunday afternoons.

The price of the ticket is the same from any island of the Archipelago, so there is no additional cost. Passengers from Fuerteventura can access the line with the Peninsula through the 12 daily trips offered by Naviera Armas from Corralejo to Playa Blanca (Lanzarote) in La Bocaina. Passengers from La Palma and La Gomera also have it very easy to connect with the island of Tenerife and connect with Huelva.

The new service with Huelva stands out for its great speed in logistics, since the merchandise will be loaded before the passengers board.

In summary, the increase in connectivity with all the islands, the speed in logistics, the reduction of the journey, and the greater comfort of the passengers are the fundamental pieces that Naviera Armas puts in this new schedule with the Peninsula.

The journey takes place in just one night and during the same all kinds of activities and entertainment are offered to passengers of all ages.

Naviera Armas has the most modern ships in Spain, with a fully renovated fleet, which sail at an average speed of 25 knots. Naviera Armas ferries have been awarded as the best in Europe by the specialized magazine Cruise & Ferry.
