The fifteen students participating in the course to obtain the certificate of professionalism in basic pastry operations, framed in the program 'More training, better employment' of the Cabildo of Lanzarote, receive every week ethe advice of the prestigious master chocolatier Ludovic Lamontagne, who transmits his pastry knowledge to them in entertaining master classes.
The Employment Councilor of the first Island Corporation, Manuel Cabrera, thanked the owner of the Pastelería Lamontagne for the collaboration provided during his presence yesterday Thursday in one of these practical classes at the Microsistemas headquarters on the Rambla Medular of Arrecife.
