Hay Proyecto en Tías has registered a document in the Town Hall claiming "for the eighth time" the technical files related to the renovation works of the Fariones Apartments complex and the rehabilitation/expansion of the Fariones Hotel.
In this regard, the formation expresses its concern "for the silence shown in the face of the numerous requests submitted, both by this party and by various groups and individuals", and has criticized the lack of transparency of the current local government in the face of various relevant administrative matters of urban planning".
In the request registered in the Town Hall, Hay Proyecto en Tías states that access to the construction file of the Hotel San Antonio has also been requested "in order to make allegations, if applicable, before the publication of the urban agreement".
Likewise, it points out that "a public explanation has also been requested of the actions carried out in relation to the bottleneck experienced in the Technical Office due to the massive accumulation of files pending resolution". "No response has been received to any of these requests," he says.
Local Police overtime
In addition, Hay Proyecto en Tías has also registered another request for information in the Town Hall, following the comptroller's report repairing the payment of overtime to the Local Police and after the police union Asipal pointed to the existence of a "pact" with the previous government group for the application of correction factors in the working day that, however, was not taken to plenary session.
Specifically, the formation has requested a copy of "the files that could imply the approval of the decision to sign such pacts or agreements as a political will, in order to know if they present a defect of nullity, because they could have been signed ignoring the corresponding procedure".
Likewise, Hay Proyecto en Tías asks the current government group "to publicly clarify what actions they are developing to solve this issue".
