A collision involving three buses took place this Sunday, February 15, around 2:30 PM, on the LZ-2 highway, near La Hoya, in the direction of Yaiza-Playa Blanca.
According to information gathered by La Voz, a Lanzarote Bus bus and two Intercity Bus buses were involved in the accident. One of them was traveling without passengers at the time of the impact.
Following the alert from the Emergency and Security Coordination Center (CECOES) 1-1-2, agents from the Local Police, Civil Guard, an ambulance from the Canary Emergency Service (SUC), and personnel from the Security and Emergency Consortium have been dispatched to the scene.
As a consequence of the accident, two drivers have been slightly injured and have been transferred to the Doctor José Molina Orosa University Hospital.

The agents have proceeded to close the road for safety reasons, have regulated traffic in the area and have made the corresponding report to clarify the circumstances of the accident.
For their part, the firefighters have been in charge of cleaning the road.
