The Tías City Council is finalizing the renovation works of the economic-financial area offices of the corporation, which cover an area of 362 square meters and are located at one end of the main building, below the police departments.
The project, financed with its own funds and awarded for an amount of 190,449.59 euros, includes the complete renovation of that space, with demolitions, structural work, masonry, tiling and welding, sanitary facilities, sanitation, painting, carpentry, safety, quality control, and waste management.
The mayor, José Juan Cruz, the councilor for Urban Planning, Ulpiano Calero, and the councilor for Economy and Finance, Tomás Silvera, visited the facilities these days, which will have a reception and different public service areas, as well as an archive, offices, restrooms, a meeting room, and other work areas."With this action, we continue to advance in the improvement of municipal facilities, offering modern and functional spaces that allow for better service to citizens. This is an important investment in the quality of public service and in the well-being of our neighbors," indicated José Juan CruzFor Ulpiano Calero, "these works are part of the modernization process of municipal departments.
