The 54-year-old woman evacuated from La Graciosa to Lanzarote after presenting symptoms similar to Covid-19, has tested negative for coronavirus. In this way, the Eighth island continues without having registered positive cases since the pandemic began.
This is the second time that a patient has been evacuated with suspicions of having Covid-19. The other time occurred on Saturday, May 30 when a man was transferred to Molina Orosa with symptoms that finally tested negative after performing the tests. La Graciosa is the only island in the archipelago that has not registered cases of Covid-19 and is currently in phase three of the de-escalation.
