The Mercedes Medina Díaz Association has announced the IX edition of its scholarships for university students from Lanzarote and La Graciosa. University students with a good academic record and scarce economic resources may apply.
For this edition, six scholarships are offered for an amount of 2,700 euros each, with a fractional payment of 300 euros for nine months. The deadline for application will be open between July 15 and August 15, 2020.
To access the scholarships, you must read the rules that appear on the website of the Mercedes Medina Association, complete the application form and send it with a photocopy of the DNI (those not born in Lanzarote or La Graciosa must justify at least two years of residence in these islands), the academic record of the last two courses and other accredited training and the Income Tax declaration of individuals (send only section 0505 of the taxable base). All these requirements must be incorporated into a file (Name Scholarships 2020-21) and sent to the email [email protected]
The Mercedes Medina Díaz scholarships, in addition to the patronage of the association itself, have the support of three business groups from Lanzarote: Cicar-Orvecame, Bodegas Vega de Yuco and Taba Control.
