The Three Wise Men from the East will travel through all the corners of Lanzarote accompanied by their different retinues. Playa Honda has been, as usual, the municipality to which Their Majesties have come first. They did it on Wednesday afternoon in a parade that started from the Guacimeta esplanade to end on Calle Mayor.
In San Bartolomé the royal tour will take place this Thursday at seven in the afternoon. The parade will depart from the IES San Bartolomé to conclude in the Félix Rodríguez de la Fuente Park in the town. Previously, this Tuesday they enjoyed a snack with the little ones in the socio-cultural centers of the towns of El Islote, Montaña Blanca and Güime where the children gave them their letters.
Melchor, Gaspar and Baltasar will arrive to Tías loaded with illusion and gifts and with more than four tons of gluten-free candies to distribute among the children. The Cavalcade of Kings will depart from the Las Viñas restaurant, to later pass through Avenida Central and Calle Libertad in the center of Tías. And at half past seven in the afternoon it will be the turn of Puerto del Carmen. The cavalcade and reception of the three Wise Men begins on Teide Street in La Tiñosa until reaching Plaza del Varadero where Their Majesties will collect the letters from the children to continue later the tour along Avenida de las Playas.
In Haría the arrival of Their Majesties is also awaited with illusion, who will tour the different towns of the municipality. The royal retinue will depart at 3:45 p.m. from Charco del Palo and will tour the different towns of the municipality. At seven in the afternoon, after greeting from the balcony of the Haría Town Hall, the parade will begin through the streets of the northern town.
At five o'clock the cavalcade of Their Majesties will begin in Tinajo. They will do so from the soccer field to finish in the Plaza de San Roque. Then in the social hall of Tinajo they will celebrate the 'Great Musical Show', by the Municipal Dance School of Tinajo.
In Arrecife everything is also ready for the Magi from the East to make the most magical night of the year come true. The cavalcade will begin in the Theme Park and advance to the mouth of the pier, in front of the castle of San Gabriel. The capital's fortress and its bridges will have a greater role in 2017 as they will become the backdrop for a theatrical show and the return route to the East of the Three Wise Men, guided by the Christmas star. But in the capital of Lanzarote Their Majesties will have an intense day that will begin at ten in the morning with a tour from Calle Real to culminate in the Ramírez Cerdá park. There, for two hours, they will collect the letters from the little ones with requests for their gifts.
In the municipality of Teguise the Three Wise Men will have a long day ahead. In the morning, from ten to two in the afternoon, their pages will receive the letters from the children in the socio-cultural centers of the municipality. All this animated by the performance of Brasstucada. At eleven in the morning La Graciosa will receive the visit of the Magi from the East and at seven in the afternoon they will tour the historic center of the Villa de Teguise.
In Yaiza the cavalcade will also pass through the main towns of the municipality. Children's entertainment with a diversity of recreational activities in the town of Yaiza will begin at four in the afternoon to focus all attention an hour later on the parade of the Three Wise Men from the East and their happy retinue that will depart from the Yaiza Art Gallery to the Plaza de Remedios. The spotlight will later move to Playa Blanca.
