The outbreak detected in a gym in Arrecife three weeks ago continues to grow in number of cases. According to the Health Area, in the last day five positives have been added, so that there are already 172 people affected.
The new cases correspond to the family, social and work ramifications left by the outbreak, where 102 infections have already been detected.
The other 70 belong to the users and workers of the center, among whom the Health Department carried out a screening. After it, a total of 68 positives directly related to sports activity were confirmed and later, this week, another two were added.
