The first heat wave of the summer arrives in Lanzarote this weekend and thermometers could reach temperatures of up to 37 degrees.
This has been predicted by the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet), which establishes that for Friday there will be a yellow warning for high temperatures. According to reports, the island could suffer temperatures of up to 34 degrees, especially affecting the south and interior. In addition, there will be moderate north wind, more intense in inland areas of the southern half where it could be occasionally strong
The warning increases to orange on Saturday according to Aemet, and could reach up to 37 degrees from 10 am to 7 pm.
