This Wednesday, May 24, Otilia García González passed away at the age of 79, mother of Roy González, who was a sports collaborator for Radio Lanzarote in the early 2000s and the past decade.
Doña Otilia leaves behind sons and daughters: Charo, Soraya, Coralia, Toño, Yoyi, Fredy, Roy, and Ana González García. Son-in-law Fernando Vega Díaz. In addition to brothers and sisters: Juan, Manuel, Aurora, Tomás, Luciano, María, and Rafael (deceased) and Margarita.
The funeral chapel will remain open until 1:00 PM on May 25, at which time a service will be held in the Church of San Antonio de Tías, followed by burial in the Tías municipal cemetery.
