Lanzarote has 21 patients admitted with Covid, one of them a 2-year-old child

Two of them are admitted to the ICU of the Molina Orosa, 18 in the hospital ward and one person in the Insular Hospital

The increase in infections in Lanzarote, reaching this Monday the figure of 6,285 active cases, has meant that the number of hospitalized patients has been increasing, although not as quickly as the new positives have done. The Island has this Monday 21 people admitted with coronavirus, one of them a 2-year-old child.

According to the Lanzarote Health Area, the Intensive Care Unit of the Molina Orosa currently has two patients admitted with Covid, while in the ward there are already a total of 18 people. In addition, there is a patient admitted with coronavirus in the Insular Hospital of Lanzarote.

The people admitted are 13 men and 8 women, with ages between 2 and 89 years old.
