Lanzarote adds four positive cases of Covid and active cases continue to fall

In the last day, six patients who have already overcome the disease have been discharged.

Lanzarote has registered four positive cases of Covid-19 in the last day, in which six discharges have also been reported. The active cases on the island have thus fallen again and stand at 87 this Saturday, two less than the previous day.

The accumulated incidence also continues to fall and is at 30.8 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in 7 days, with a drop of more than six points compared to Friday. At 14 days the decrease is even greater, almost 8 points, and stands at 85.4 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.

As for the number of tests performed, this Friday there were 378, with a significant increase compared to Thursday, but below those of the previous days.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, 6,947 cases of coronavirus have been diagnosed in Lanzarote, of which 6,809 have already overcome the disease and 52 have died.
