Lanzarote adds 143 new positive cases of Covid and already has 1,321 active cases

Lanzarote adds this Monday 143 new positive cases of Covid

Active cases stand at 1,321 after adding only one medical discharge in the last 24 hours. This figure of active cases is the highest of the entire pandemic on the island, since the record was set on January 28, during the third wave, when Lanzarote reached 1,121.

The cumulative incidence at 7 days continues to grow until reaching 589.81 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, with an increase of 72 points compared to the previous day. At 14 days it is already at 818.94 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, also with an increase of 70 points compared to Wednesday.

Regarding diagnostic tests, this Sunday 936 were done, a higher amount than the previous day, when 762 were done.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, 9,131 cases of coronavirus have been diagnosed in Lanzarote, of which 7,757 have already overcome the disease and 55 have died.
