Arrecife already has a Carnival "Queen". In a gala full of fun, sympathy and spectacle that took place in the Arrecife Fairground and in which the jury awarded the performance of Borjas Casillas Toledo as Drag Seltas with the fantasy "Lusignan my noble history" as the best drag of the Arrecife Carnival 2013.
Borja Ferrera Pérez as Drag Mulciber with the fantasy "In my car in Las Palmas, I got in and crashed in Arrecife" was chosen as first finalist and Blás Francisco Castellano as Drag Fogen with the fantasy "The sunset of Venice" was the second.
As for the Drag Sympathy this year it was for Eduardo David del Rosario as Drag Isia Taisma with the fantasy "Even if the ladybug dresses in silk, it remains a faggot"
The candidates paraded on the stage of the Arrecife Fairground and the public was very animated with each of the performances. Some stands that were filled again to enjoy the Election Gala of the Drag Queen of Arrecife 2014.
Drag Vulcano, the winner of last year, opened the night, later, the seven participants exhibited their art on stage. In the middle of the parade of the candidates, the Sur Caliente and Los Yaiseros troupes performed. And while the jury deliberated, the transvestite Kika Lorace put the note of humor in the final phase of the gala.
The rest of the participants were Pedro MIranda González as Drag Armek and the fantasy "From Las Vegas", Iván Sánchez Pérez as Drag Electra with the fantasy "As an Indian he arrived and turned into a faggot, what do you say? I be Indian and Adrián Melián Reyes as Drag Dremidak with the fantasy "Destiny"
