A resident of Arrecife has contacted La Voz to denounce the "danger" and the "negative" image that, in his opinion, a "ruined" house in the Charco de San Ginés gives.
"I like to walk through the Charco de San Ginés, as do tourists and cruise passengers, and knowing that the authorities have to take care of this area, I cannot explain how there can be a house in ruins, where in its plot there is all kinds of rubble and garbage", says this man, who also denounces the "danger" of the walls that remain collapsing "any day". "They could fall on the promenade and injure its passers-by", he points out.

This neighbor complains that the image of this place is "not" taken care of. "What a more negative aspect the foreigners take, whom I see taking photos to show them to their friends", he laments.
