Coalición Canaria in Lanzarote wanted to express "its deep regret" for the death of Enrique Pérez Parrilla, who passed away this Saturday at the age of 73. "Without a doubt, today is a sad day for those of us who knew Enrique. We are very sorry," said the island secretary of CC, Migdalia Machín.
On behalf of her organization, Machín also conveyed the most "sincere condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of the Socialist Party, of which he was a member for a large part of his life, and through which he was a deputy of the Parliament of the Canary Islands, president of the Cabildo of Lanzarote and mayor of the Arrecife City Council".
"From Coalición Canaria in Lanzarote we accompany his family, colleagues and friends in their grief," the party said in a statement.
