A new boat with 43 people on board was rescued by Maritime Rescue on Monday night near the coasts of Lanzarote, CECOES has reported.
The inflatable boat was transferred to the Commercial dock where they were assisted by the Red Cross.
Among the occupants of the barge were 28 men, 11 women and four minors, all of sub-Saharan origin. Two of them were transferred to Molina Orosa for different pathologies.
This is the third boat located in the vicinity of Lanzarote in the last 24 hours. In total, 124 migrants have traveled in them.
