A boat has been located in the early hours of this Thursday, March 9, near the coasts of Lanzarote, as reported by the Emergency Consortium.
47 men, nine of them minors, all of Maghrebi origin, were traveling in the boat. Salvamar has transferred them to the Commercial dock where they have been attended by the Red Cross.
Specifically, seven volunteers from the Immediate Emergency Response Team (ERIE) attended them.
After being assisted by the NGO, six of them had to be transferred to Molina Orosa for various pathologies.
With the arrival of this boat, there are already three boats that have arrived in Lanzarote in the last week, with a total of 130 migrants.
