A pneumatic type boat has arrived this Sunday to the coasts of Punta Mujeres in broad daylight. There were 47 people traveling in the boat, including eight women
Once the neighbors have alerted CECOES of the arrival of the boat, agents of the Local Police, Civil Guard and Red Cross have moved to the area.
All the occupants are of sub-Saharan origin, and were in good health so none required to be transferred to a medical center.
This is the second boat that arrives to the island in less than 24 hours, the first was a boat that was rescued at dawn by Salvamar with 43 people on board. In total there have been 90 migrants who have arrived to Lanzarote.
