A reader has sent La Voz several videos where the great virulence of the flames that incinerated eight containers can be seen during the early hours of this morning on Triana street in Arrecife.
According to the Emergency Consortium, the first alert was issued by a neighbor and later confirmed by the Cecoes, which reported the fireWhen firefighters arrived at the scene, the Local Police had closed the road due to a fire that was **about two meters high**. The emergency services proceeded to extinguish it using water and a quick-attack hose, confirming that the fire affected four containers: one for glass recycling and three for organic waste collection
The flames also affected a vehicle that was parked next to the containers.
