Two people have been transferred to the Hospital after inhaling smoke in the fire in their house on Sevilla street in the capital of Lanzarote.
Once alerted by the CECOES, agents of the National Police, the Local Police, an ambulance from the Canary Emergency Service and the Emergency Consortium have been dispatched.
The health personnel have attended to the couple who lived in the house, both have inhaled smoke and also the woman has suffered a slight burn on her hands and have later been evacuated to the Doctor José Molina Orosa Hospital.
The fire originated in a frying pan that was on the fire and has been controlled and almost extinguished by a neighbor. The firefighters have cut off the electricity and gas and have completely extinguished the fire. Finally, the emergency teams ventilate the house until the smoke is completely evacuated.
