Civil Guard agents in Lanzarote arrested T.S.F., a resident of Tahíche, and G.J.C.A., 27 years old and from Arrecife, as alleged perpetrators of a crime of robbery with force.
The detainees were surprised by the agents after verifying the breakage of a padlock on an access door to a construction site in the town of Costa Teguise. Upon recognizing the place, the police found a large van with a large number of objects in the rear and presumably from the construction site, such as a 75-liter heater, pipes, iron lampposts, a wooden door, etc.
The seized material is valued at 12,000 euros and investigations are continuing to see if the two detainees are related to other crimes.
