The National Police has arrested two men for setting fire to a vehicle in Arrecife and causing damage to another valued at 2,000 euros.
The arrested, two Spaniards aged 32 and 25 with police records, were identified by the agents after the investigation opened after receiving the complaint from the owners of the vehicles.
In that complaint, filed on May 21, it was stated that one of the cars was set on fire "intentionally", with the flames affecting a second vehicle.
The body points out that "thanks to citizen collaboration", they achieved the "location and full identification" of the alleged perpetrators, who were arrested and placed at the disposal of the courts for an alleged crime of damage.
