Firefighters extinguished the fire of two containers on Julio Cortázar street in Arrecife early this Monday morning. According to the Emergency Consortium, the fire took place around 00.40 hours.
Once on the scene, they found that two organic waste collection containers were burning, which have been completely destroyed.
Next, the Emergency teams extinguished the fire with sprayed and jetted water.
Local Police officers and firefighters went to the scene.
