The Civil Guard has arrested three people and seized 370 kilos of hashish, which apparently had been introduced to the island in a small boat.
The events occurred last Friday, November 22, in a routine traffic control near Tíagua, specifically on the LZ 20 in the roundabout. In one of the inspected cars, a Renault Megan, the agents found more than 370 kilos of hashish inside the trunk, so they proceeded to arrest three people.
Afterwards, the Civil Guard located the small boat in which they had allegedly transported the drug. The detainees, all of foreign nationality, have already been placed at the disposal of the court.
