The Civil Guard continues to investigate in Lanzarote the identity of the man who appears riding a scooter and holding on to the right window of a vehicle in a video circulating through social networks.
From what can be seen in the aforementioned video, a man riding a scooter and crouching on it, grabs the window of a Nissan Micra vehicle and begins to skate down the road. The events occurred last Sunday, around 7:00 p.m., in the coastal town of Punta Mujeres, in the municipality of Haría.
So far it has not been possible to identify this person who could have endangered road safety and himself and other drivers.
