Canal Gestión Lanzarote and the Lanzarote Water Consortium have announced this Monday the suspension of drinking water supplies to Haría, Guatiza, Los Valles, Soo, Muñique, El Cuchillo and Tao. In the informative note published on their website they have defended that "it is a consequence of the low levels that continue to be recorded in the supply tanks."

In addition to these closures, the supply to the area between Mozaga and La Santa is also affected due to a breakdown in the distribution network.

On the other hand, it is specified that the towns of Máguez and Tegoyo may experience pressure and flow anomalies in the service due to the necessary maneuvers to regulate the system.

Regarding the water destined for agricultural farms, both regenerated and drinking water, unfortunately they have added that this Monday "they will not be able to receive the supply, given the levels of the tank reserves."

Regarding agricultural farms, it is announced that this Monday "it will not be possible to supply the areas that are scheduled to receive the supply of both regenerated and drinking water on this day."

Apart from the circumstance described, there are other incidents due to small breakdowns and scheduled maneuvers that could cause some momentary alteration in the supply of specific streets, but which are limited to daily and habitual management.

Canal Gestión Lanzarote and the Water Consortium have regretted the situation that the supply of Lanzarote and La Graciosa is suffering, and have shown "the firm commitment to be working and putting all possible resources to channel solutions to existing structural problems in the short, medium and long term."
