The Las Palmas Command of the Civil Guard will incorporate, starting next June 25, 41 agents in training, of which 15 will work in Lanzarote.
Specifically, two women and 39 men will complete their training in different territorial units of the province, according to the training plan of the Civil Guard. As established by its regulations, these civil guards will complete their training with a period of 40 weeks in various units of the islands.
Thus, in addition to the 15 who will be assigned to Lanzarote, 19 will work in Gran Canaria and seven in Fuerteventura, with six of them having higher education
They entered the corresponding academies of the Scale of Corporals and Civil Guards last year, in the towns of Valdemoro and Baeza, when 1,801 places were published nationwide. The Benemérita highlights that this year the figure has been increased to 2,030 vacancies according to the Resolution of the General Directorate of the Civil Guard published in the Official State Gazette on May 2.
