The Civil Guard is investigating the possible presence of minors among the public at a boxing event in Haría. A fact that, if corroborated, could lead to an administrative sanction for the organizers, which were the Haría City Council and the Palenke Boxing School. And, as explained to La Voz from the Civil Guard, the regulations prohibit the access of minors to this type of event.

The show in question took place on the night of Friday, October 13, at the Haría Municipal Pavilion, where seven fights were held between a Canary Islands team and boxers from the Spanish National Team. After learning that there may have been minors present, the Civil Guard decided to open an investigation ex officio, which is underway.

According to the Civil Guard, both the Regulations of Classified Activities and Public Spectacles of the Canary Islands and the national regulations prohibit the entry of minors to shows that may pose "a risk to their physical and moral integrity", which would include boxing matches, "not only because of what happens in the ring, but because of what it generates around it" in the public. Thus, if it is confirmed that there were minors, the Civil Guard has indicated that the organizers would face an administrative sanction.
