Two elderly people have had to be treated by paramedics after a vehicle burned near their house and flooded the house with smoke in Arrecife. The health personnel have assisted the people outside the house and it has not been necessary to transfer them to any medical center.
The fire took place at approximately 3:23 p.m. this Tuesday, March 28, on the Los Mármoles road in Arrecife.
Once alerted by the CECOES, the Emergency Consortium, agents of the Local and National Police and an ambulance from the Canary Emergency Service have been dispatched.
The firefighters have verified that the van was completely burning and the smoke was flooding the house. The troops have extinguished the fire with water and have ventilated the house by forced ventilation.
