A man in his 50s was injured on Thursday afternoon in a fight with a knife near La Rocar, in Arrecife. The incident took place at 7:30 p.m.
The 112 received an alert reporting that a person had suffered injuries from a knife. The Coordinating Center for Emergencies of the Government of the Canary Islands sent a medicalized ambulance and another basic life support ambulance to the scene. In addition, it notified the National Police Corps.
The paramedics verified that, fortunately, the affected person only had a minor trauma to the hand and was transferred to the Doctor José Molina Orosa Hospital, as reported by 112.
