Seven people were injured due to a collision between two cars on Tenderete Street in Arrecife, according to sources from the Canary Emergency Service (SUC). The injured, who have already been discharged from the hospital, were between 18 and 26 years of age.
The accident, which occurred at one in the morning, caused minor injuries with polytrauma to the seven occupants of the cars. The injured had to be assisted by a SUC unit and were subsequently transferred to the José Molina Orosa Hospital in Lanzarote.
Among the injured is a 24-year-old male with a minor contusion on his face, an 18-year-old male with minor trauma to his upper limb, a 21-year-old male with less severe back pain, a 23-year-old female with minor trauma to her lower limb, and two males aged 23 and 26 with chest pain and minor cervical trauma, respectively.
