A total of seven containers burned in Lanzarote early this Tuesday morning, three of them in Costa Teguise and four in Maneje.
As reported by the Lanzarote Security and Emergency Consortium, the first of the fires took place around 02:03 on El Jablillo Avenue, in Costa Teguise. Upon arrival, firefighters found that the fire had burned two containers, one of glass and one of cardboard, and that it had also affected another metal container.
While the firefighters were on duty in Costa Teguise, they were alerted to another container fire in Maneje, specifically on Iguazú Street. In this case, it was a fire of four containers, two of plastic and two of cardboard, which were completely burned.
