A man of unknown age was moderately injured after being hit by a car on Padre Claret street in Arrecife on Sunday afternoon.
The accident occurred around 8:00 p.m. After being alerted by 112, local police officers and an ambulance from the Canary Islands Emergency Service went to the scene.
The ambulance staff provided initial assistance to the affected person, who had a moderate head trauma. Subsequently, the basic life support ambulance was in charge of transferring him to the Molina Orosa Hospital. For its part, the Local Police instructed the corresponding procedures.
