The firefighters of the Security and Emergency Consortium had to intervene this Saturday in the Plaza de la Constitución in Arrecife due to a fall of debris from the roof of a building. Agents of the Local and National Police have traveled to the place.
After being alerted around 1:30 p.m., the firefighters went to the place, verifying upon arrival that it was some loose debris falling from the fourth floor. Thus, they proceeded to remove all those that were at risk of falling with the help of the driving school and also, when observing several large cracks, the National and Local Police are informed.
In addition, a piece of plaster is removed on the side of Ramón Manchón street and a corner of the building is marked off with a total of 9 fences.
The Local Police was left to inform the City Council.
