Firefighters have extinguished a fire on the side of the Valterra Health Center. Apparently the fire originated in a shack of a homeless person that was next to the wall of the medical center, according to the Emergency Consortium.
The fire occurred at approximately 7:00 p.m. this Sunday when they alerted CECOES. Agents of the National Police, Local Police, firefighters and an SUC ambulance went to the scene.
The flames significantly affected the building. After extinguishing the fire, they verified that several windows had cracked glass and that their temperature was high.
The Police could not locate anyone who could open the building, according to the Emergency Consortium.
