A fire burned a container of organic waste in Puerto del Carmen on Tuesday afternoon.
According to reports from the Security and Emergency Consortium, the incident occurred on Salinas Street at around 7:00 p.m. Once the firefighters arrived at the scene, they saw that a neighbor had almost completely extinguished the fire with a garden hose.
The firefighters finished extinguishing some embers that still remained from the fire, which left the container completely burned.
