Agents of the Local Police of Arrecife have arrested and presented to the National Police Station César Ti. M., native and resident of Arrecife, 32 years old, who initially and when required by the acting agents not to obstruct the public road, ignored such orders and, subsequently, tried to escape and, failing to do so, threatened and insulted said agents. Once the corresponding police proceedings were completed, the detainee was placed at the disposal of the court.
