A ferry between La Graciosa and Lanzarote broke down on Thursday afternoon. One of the boats that connects the port of Caleta de Sebo and the port of Órzola, in the north of the island of Lanzarote, broke down in the middle of the road and had to be towed by a boat from another company to avoid a collision with the breakwater.

The Líneas Romero boat was traveling with 150 people inside. This boat was helped by a Biosfera Express ferry, which was making the opposite journey, which moved it away from the dock.

After that, this Biosfera ferry could not continue towing them because it was loaded with passengers, but they left them in a safe area, where another Líneas Romero boat assisted them.
