The National Police have arrested the alleged aggressor of the 25-year-old mother who was with her children. The arrest, as La Voz has learned, took place this Saturday, July 10, at the exit of the Courts. The Civil Guard had arrested him for a robbery and after leaving, the National Police agents were waiting for him to arrest him.

The events took place on Thursday night. The young woman was walking along Alcalde Ginés de la Hoz street at around 10:45 p.m. with her children, aged four and five, when a man came from behind and "grabbed her breasts with one hand" while with the other "he grabbed her by the neck, immobilizing her." After that, the five-year-old confronted the aggressor, who pushed the little one and "hit him several times," according to the complaint.

A vehicle that was passing through the area at that moment noticed what was happening and slowed down, at which point the aggressor fled. To prevent his escape, the young woman tried to grab his sweatshirt, at which point she received "a punch in the chest" from the man, who finally managed to escape.

After the events, the young woman was attended to by SUC health personnel in the area and transferred to the Molina Orosa Hospital. As confirmed by 112, the woman presented a picture of anxiety and it was also decided to transfer her "by protocol", as she was pregnant. As for the minor, there is no record of him being attended to by the health workers.
