An 84-year-old woman and an 11-year-old minor were slightly injured in a collision between two vehicles that took place on Wednesday night at the roundabout that connects León y Castillo street in Arrecife with the Circunvalación.
The accident occurred at 9:10 p.m., with a basic life support ambulance from the SUC, local police officers and firefighters from the Security and Emergency Consortium moving to the scene.
The SUC assisted the two injured, who presented mild cervicalgia and lumbago, and transferred them to the Molina Orosa Hospital. According to the Security and Emergency Consortium, more people were involved in the accident, although they were unharmed.
The task of the firefighters was based on cleaning the road collecting remains of plastics and glass produced as a result of the accident.
