A man is in critical condition with multiple injuries after overturning his vehicle on the LZ-2 past the airport, heading south of the island.
The accident occurred around 4:15 p.m. this Sunday. Agents of the Civil Guard, firefighters and paramedics from the Canary Emergency Service, SUC, have traveled to the scene. The paramedics have stabilized him and transferred him by ambulance to the Molina Orosa hospital.
Although an initial call reported that the driver was trapped, this was not the case. The Civil Guard was in charge of regulating traffic and instructing the corresponding procedures.
