A man in his 40s was injured after crashing his SUV into a tree on the main road of Arrecife. The incident took place at around 04.30 this Sunday. The first to arrive at the scene were the paramedics of the Canary Islands Emergency Service. The medical personnel were in charge of attending to and stabilizing the driver while the firefighters arrived. The Emergency Consortium troops had to get the driver out through the back.
Once out of the vehicle, the man was transferred to Molina Orosa by the SUC ambulance.
