A 4-year-old girl of Russian nationality has died by drowning in the pool of a hotel in Playa Blanca in the municipality of Yaiza. The incident took place at approximately 7:15 p.m. this Saturday. The health personnel deployed in two ambulances, one medicalized and one basic, performed basic and advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation maneuvers without success, so they confirmed the death of the minor.
Agents of the Local Police and the Civil Guard also went to the scene and were in charge of instructing the corresponding procedures.
