"Thank God, at the time of the accident there was no one walking on the sidewalk," says the president of the Titerroy Neighborhood Association. In his opinion, the event is a consequence, among other things, of the poor condition of the roads in the neighborhood since, "they are very bad to travel on". Also a problem is "the poor visibility of the road markings", since "almost all of them are erased", explains Ismael Montero.
Due to these deficiencies, both drivers and residents must always be "on alert and with great caution", emphasizes the president of the neighborhood association.
Ismael Montero affirms that "there are many writings that this association has addressed" to the Department of Traffic "and to date, we have not received any type of response".
