Firefighters extinguished a fire in a bar in Puerto del Carmen early this Sunday morning. The fire originated around 4.45 am in the Coyote bar of the Atlántico Shopping Center in the tourist town, according to the Emergency Consortium.
Local Police, Civil Guard and firefighters have moved to the scene.
When the troops arrived, the flames were seen from the outside, at the entrance to the right under a bar, the combustion was slowed down by lack of oxygen, so the firefighters waited for them to bring the keys so as not to break the door.
Later it opens, they disconnect the current and it is extinguished. The fire has affected a glass washing machine that was under the bar and everything around it, the gases and heat have also affected the ceiling and the closest thing, to a lesser extent the rest of the premises.
