A 57-year-old woman seriously injured after being hit by a car in Tías

She has been transferred by ambulance to the Molina Orosa Hospital

A 57-year-old woman has been seriously injured after being hit by a car in Tías. The accident occurred at approximately 8:41 a.m. this Friday on Libertad Street, at the Saramago roundabout, as reported by the Canary Islands' 112 Emergency and Security Coordinating Center.

An ambulance from the Canary Emergency Service (SUC) has traveled to the scene, and upon arriving at the area, they verified that the affected woman presented, at the initial moment of assistance, a serious hip trauma, for which she has been transferred by ambulance to the Doctor José Molina Orosa Hospital.

Local Police officers have also been dispatched, who have taken charge of the corresponding report.
