A 22-year-old man is in serious condition after suffering a knife attack. The incident took place around 6:00 p.m. this Tuesday on Malagueña Street in the capital of Lanzarote.
According to Cecoes, it was the affected person himself who called requesting health assistance after being the victim of an attack in the middle of the street. A medical ambulance and another with vital support and agents of the National Police went to the scene.
The health personnel assisted the injured man, who at the initial moment of assistance presented an open wound with a knife in the abdomen and thigh of a serious nature. After stabilizing him, he was evacuated in a medical ambulance to Molina Orosa.
The National Police took charge of the proceedings.
